BY D.R. Wakefield: Portraits of the most notorious members of this Gang of Outlaws and their Favorite Hymns" The edition of 30 copies containing 14 color printed etchings of the outlaws was printed by Wakefield on his ancient Star Wheel etching press and the letterpress on an Albion hand press. The type faces include Caslon, Baskerville, Bembo and Centaur. The paper is Wooky Hole Somerset Satin White.

The Gang of Outlaws includes Butch Cassidy, the Sundance Kid and others including two women, Etta Place and Laura Buillon. The hymns are typical late 19th century and range from Battle Hymn of the Republic, Nearer My God to Thee to Amazing Grace. The artist looks at the beginning of Evangelism and the importance of religion in pioneer America, a combination of sanctity and violence that defines America and who a society chooses as its heroes.
