Designed in the form of a New England whaling journal and housed in a box reminiscent of a ship’s writing desk, the edition is illustrated entirely by hand. Design, artwork, and artifacts by Anneli Skaar, marbling by Iris Nevins, and letterpress by Art Larson. Afterword by Nantucket historian Betsy Tyler.
